Home Consultation Services

In addition to my real estate services, I also provide consultation services for those who want to build a new home or renovate an existing one.  As a professional in programming and supervising construction and renovation projects, I would provide a range of services to my clients. My primary goal would be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

My Services Would Include:

Project Programming:

I work with my clients to define the project goals, scope, and requirements. This would involve identifying the project objectives, site analysis, feasibility studies, and programming.

Budgeting and Cost Estimation:

I help in developing a cost estimate and budget for the project, based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required.  I offer value engineering ideas to obtain the best results for the most reasonable cost.

Conceptual Design:

I facilitate the development of conceptual designs for the project, including sketches, plans, and photographic examples. These designs would be developed in collaboration with the client (and architect if required), taking into account their needs, preferences, and budget.

Construction Documentation:

I assist in the production of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. These documents would be used by contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase of the project.

Contractor Selection:

I assist my clients in selecting the best contractor for the project. This would involve reviewing bids, checking references, and conducting interviews with potential contractors.

Construction Supervision:

I provide on-site supervision during the construction phase of the project, ensuring that the work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Project Closeout:

I oversee the final phase of the project, including the final walkthrough, punch list, and final payment to the contractor.
